AI is in the news every day. From world news on the latest breakthroughs to financial news on plans for huge data centers to fake Facebook images, we can't get away from the topic. Bruce Cain will help us understand what's going on - really, and what the potential impacts of AI will most likely be in the coming years.
Because seating is limited, members who wish to attend must sign up in advance.
This is being done in person at the Senior Center. If you register and then find you cannot attend, please let us know in advance so we can fill your seat with someone from the waitlist.
Note, in order to complete your registration you must click on Register, and complete the registration process (several screens) until you get to review and confirm your registration. Space is limited to 60 people so we can manage the class. If the class is full, please put yourself on the waitlist.
This year, our Annual Meeting is an Open House—so please bring your friends along to introduce them to the club! Registration helps us plan for food, but walk-ins are always welcome.
We’ll keep the meeting short and sweet at 1:15 p.m., with a quick look back at 2026 and the announcement of our 2027 officers.
Once the business is done, it’s all about food, friends, and fun. You can enjoy hands-on AI demos all afternoon, and our great volunteers will be ready to welcome everyone and answer questions.
This event always draws a good crowd so please leave the parking in front of the building for those less able to walk and use the parking lot across Shelter Cove Lane if you are able.
