Chrome Book Workshop

There have been significant advancements in the Chromebook operating system and device models. The new Chromebook Plus, focusing on education, has been introduced. If you have a Chromebook, do join us for the workshop. Feel free to bring your questions.

• Accessing and using the Settings in your Chromebook 
• Ensuring your ChromeOS is up to date 
• Utilizing the PlayStore to add more apps to your Chromebook 
• Understanding how the Chrome Browser has become separate from the ChromeOS and is now more compatible with Google Account Syncing 
• Identifying which apps are compatible with your Chromebook 
• Check your AUP (Automatic Update Policy) or EOL (End of Life) for your Chromebook. Google has extended many EOL dates, but are you among

This is being done in person at the Senior Center. If you register and then find you cannot attend, please let us know in advance so we can fill your seat with someone from the waitlist.
