Stu Klausner will lead a hands-on walk through of a desktop PC computer. Desktops are fun to take apart because the stuff inside is big, easy to see, handle, and understand. We'll look at each component, how they are connected together and what they do. This is for those who want to have a first-hand view of what's inside and how it works. The parts will be passed around for better “look see”.  Both Apple and Microsoft’s hardware essentially look and work similarly. The operating systems define their differences.  The same components are miniaturized in laptops. Tablets and smart phone share some of the same concepts. Because this is "hands on", we have to limit the attendance to 20 so we can all see what's happening.

Note, in order to complete your registration you must click on Register, and complete the registration process (several screens) until you get to review and confirm your registration. Space is limited 20 people for this presentation and you must receive a confirmation email in order to attend.
