Using Gmail

Jolyn will lead this hands-on class to help you get started with Gmail or to get familiar with the new Gmail "look". Yes, they are changing things and a few things have changed location. Gmail is Google's excellent free email option. Jolyn will review Creating an account (if you don't have one); Setting your view (or changing it) to the way you like it; Full settings and options; Signing into your Google account from anywhere and more. 

You are welcome to bring your own laptop (fully charged or bring your power cord) or use one of the workstations at the Center. We will be working on the web version of Gmail but Jolyn can answer questions about the Gmail Apps for Android and Apple. 

The class will be 3 hours given over two sessions. When you sign up, you are signing up for both October 4 and October 11 at 2:30 pm

 Note, in order to complete your registration you must click on Register, and complete the registration process (several screens) until you get to review and confirm your registration.

Space for this hands on class will be limited to 15 Reservations and a waitlist will be kept and processed if there are cancelations.
