HHICC Membership Application

Pay by Check or Credit Card (no cash please)

If you need any help in filling out the application please stop by the Resource Center any day, Monday Through Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm. Any volunteer will be more than happy to help! Membership is $30 per individual or $40 per family.

Please note: You will receive an email with your user name (your email) and your password.  For family memberships, a family member can be added any time after your membership is activated, by logging in to your member profile with your user name and password.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

No warranty, expressed or implied, is offered on services rendered by Resource Center Volunteers. Any person who uses the Resource Center services agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless HHICC and its volunteers from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any computer work performed on his or her electronic devices, even if caused by negligence. 

Payment of your dues constitutes agreement of this waiver for yourself and any family member associated with this account.  We no longer accept cash payments for your dues payment.
